We got a piano today! Hooray! It was actually Preston's idea to get one. I, of course, have wanted one every day for the last three years, and my lucky day finally arrived. A piano came to our house. Well, we have had a lovely keyboard for the last 2 years, and it served adequately its purpose as a temporary stand-in. I'm posting this at 1:00 AM because I failed to realize (until a few minutes ago) just how late it had gotten due to piano daze and the continuous and continual playing of the beautiful instrument. I can't stop! Thankfully the wonderful newness of it all will wear off, and I'll get a good night's rest soon enough.
